2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.3 One Account Per Person
Each natural person may hold only one (1) Account on ph974. 3 Account Registration

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. ph974 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
- Select a strong, unique password for your ph974 Account;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure;
- Not share your login credentials with any third party;
- Notify ph974 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
ph974 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 Account Ownership
Each Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or assign your ph974 Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account is strictly prohibited.
4 KYC and Identity Verification
4.1 Mandatory Verification
ph974 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed and at any subsequent point when ph974 deems it necessary in accordance with its compliance obligations. 4.3 Verification Timeline
ph974 will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete KYC review within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission of complete documentation. ph974 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are unclear, incomplete, or where enhanced due diligence is required.
4.4 Consequences of Non-Verification
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request, may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or, in cases of material non-compliance, closure of the Account. Any Funds held in an Account closed due to KYC non-compliance will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and ph974's internal compliance procedures.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods
ph974 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph974 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges independently.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals from your ph974 Account are subject to the following conditions:
- Completed KYC verification;

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Availability

6.3 RNG and Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph974 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
- Registering more than one Account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits;
- Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game format;

Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. ph974 will cooperate with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory agencies in connection with investigations of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the Platform.
9 Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the ph974 Platform, including but not limited to the ph974 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, software, game content provided directly by ph974, marketing materials, and all written content, are owned by or licensed to ph974. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Players.
9.2 Limited License
ph974 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer any software component; remove proprietary notices or labels; or use ph974's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent.
10 Privacy and Data Processing
ph974 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ph974, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

11 Limitation of Liability

13 Account Termination and Suspension
13.1 Termination by ph974
ph974 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

- Suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected on the Account;
- A Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
- The Account is subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;

13.2 Termination by Player

13.3 Effect of Termination

15 Amendments to These Terms

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
